Your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data

Right of access
Data subjects have the right to access. They may contact MRP at reasonable intervals for an overview of personal data that MRP processes about them and may access this data.
Right to rectification and addition
Data subjects have the right to have incorrect personal data amended or to supplement their personal data, so that MRP only processes current and correct personal data.
Right to limit processing
In certain situations, you have the right to have the use of your personal data restricted. You only have this right if one of the following situations occurs:
- The data may be incorrect. In that case, processing should be paused until the correct data is determined.
- The processing is unlawful and the data subject does not want the data to be deleted.
- The data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, but the data subject still needs the data.
- The data subject objects to the processing of personal data. In that case, the processing must be paused until a decision has been made on the objection.
Right to object
With regard to data processing based on a legitimate interest of MRP, the data subject has the right to object. In this case, MRP must stop processing the personal data unless MRP demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If a data subject objects, MRP will weigh the individual interests put forward by the data subject against the interests of MRP.
Right to be forgotten
In some cases you have the right to have your data deleted. This right only applies in the following cases:
- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
- The processing of personal data is based on consent and that consent is withdrawn.
- The data subject has rightly invoked the right to object.

A new right under the GDPR, effective from 25 May 2018, is the right to data portability. General exception
For all rights of data subjects, MRP does not have to honor requests in special circumstances. This applies when MRP concludes after a weighing of interests that its interests or those of others outweigh the right of the data subject.
For the above requests you can send us an e-mail. You can address your e-mail to info@mrpdevelopment.nl with a description of your request. You will receive a response within one month.
You can also file a complaint about the use of your personal data. This can be done by emailing MRP to info@mrpdevelopment.nl and/or by contacting the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
